the staff was incredibly courteous and always willing to help. the bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. They offered a delicious set breakfast with three choices, and I particularly enjoyed the chicken adobo flakes with rice and juice. the hotel's location is convenient, with a fantastic Thai restaurant and a mall within walking distance. Although it can be noisy during the day, it is quiet at night. I also appreciated the unique concept of the hotel, especially the elevator. I highly recommend Unwnd Boutique Hotel Makati. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 🌟.

The room was amazing! It had everything we needed, like a tumble dryer for our wet clothes, air conditioning to keep us cool, and an electric kettle for that much-needed cup of coffee in the morning. It was so convenient and comfortable for us as guests who wanted to relax and unwind.
Personally, I didn't like that the rooms didn't come with bed linen. It would have been great to have everything provided for a hassle-free stay.

The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good, even though the service was slow. the hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access by car. I also enjoyed the upgraded room we got for our anniversary, which was a pleasant surprise.
The staff lacked professionalism and didn't handle our room issue properly. We were initially given a smaller room with no window, even though we had booked a double bed room.

This hotel is mind-blowing! The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There are also two big shopping malls nearby. The night street food market just a 5-minute walk away is jaw-droppingly amazing. The staff here is top-notch, always friendly and helpful, and they even assist with bags and taxis. With security always on the door, we felt incredibly safe. The breakfast and drinks were delicious, and the rooftop bar, although small, provided a nice change of scenery. The decor is so creative and cozy, we were in awe. Even though we had a private room, I have no doubt that the dorm rooms are just as nice. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our room, even in the middle of the night. They upgraded us and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I'm absolutely impressed and starstruck by their gesture. One of the staff members, Ms. Eunice, was especially accommodating. The breakfast meal was scrumptious, kudos to the chef. After our two-night stay, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all my relatives, colleagues, and friends. God bless everyone!

Loved the "adults-only" vibe, felt like a kid in a candy store. Breakfast was a delightful tease, just what I needed to control my appetite. The rooftop terrace was my personal sanctuary, with views that made my Instagram followers weep with envy.
The toilet seat was oddly reminiscent of a jaundiced Smurf.
